ISE Towers REIT Management Company Limited (“the Company”) was incorporated in Islamabad, Pakistan on October 25, 1989, under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984, as a company limited by guarantee. On August 27, 2012 the ISE, in accordance with the Stock Exchanges (Corporatisation, Demutualization and Integration) Act, 2012 (the Act), was converted into a public company limited by shares on issuance of certificate of re-registration by the Registrar of Companies.

Effective January 11, 2016, the stock exchange related business of the ISE was integrated with Karachi Stock Exchange through a Scheme of Integration duly approved by Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under the Act. In terms of the Scheme of Integration, ISE changed its name and scope of business and converted from a stock exchange to a Non-Banking Finance Company with the license to operate as a REIT Management Company. The new name of the Company is ISE Towers REIT Management Company Limited.

The principal activities of the Company is to form, launch and manage the Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs) under the REIT Regulations, 2022.
