Security/Safety is our top priority which is being ensured by physical deployment of security staff coupled with multiple security gadgetry round the clock at all entry points.

A comprehensive fire prevention and safety mechanism has also been installed which is being monitored in a control room 24/7. Regular inspections and maintenance of the safety/security equipment is being carried out by PEC registered companies. Mock fire /evacuation drill in coordination with CDA/Fire Brigade are being conducted regularly. Periodic Preventive Maintenance is being carried out by a PEC registered company and inspection /fitness reports are submitted to CDA regularly. Salient of security/safety system are:-

1. All entry/exit points are physically guarded by armed security guards during day and night.
2. Baggage scanning machines and walk through gates are installed at all entry points to scan baggage and persons. Weapons, explosives and other sharp items such as knives etc are strictly prohibited in the building.
3. Vehicle entry is restricted to only entitled vehicles bearing ISE basement parking sticker which is issued after proper scrutiny. All vehicles are thoroughly checked prior to enter in the building.
4. Record of persons and vehicles entering the building after 8 pm is maintained.
5. Basements are checked at night on daily basis for any unauthorized parking.
6. No item is allowed to go outside the building without “Gate Pass” signed by authorized person of the concerned office.
7. Fire/smoke addressable detectors are installed in the building with central monitoring in the control room.
8. Public address system is available to guide people in case of any emergency situation.
9. Flasher/sounders are installed at all floors which will activate in case of fire.
10. Emergency lights are installed on all floors to facilitate in case of evacuation.
11. Exit signs are installed at all floors for guidance in case of emergency evacuation.
12. Fire extinguishers are available at all floors to use instantly in case of any fire incident.
13. Emergency kit boxes containing torch, safety helmet, gloves, safety shoes, stretcher are available at all floors to be used for firefighting.
14. Wet hose reels and dry risers are installed at all floors for firefighting.
15. A cemented platform with hydrant facility is available for CDA fire fighting vehicle.
16. Building evacuation plan/exit routes are marked at all floors for evacuation.
17. Mock fire drills/evacuation are practiced regularly.
18. All entry/exit points, floors and stair cases are covered by CCTV cameras.
19. A control room manned round the clock has been established to attend any emergency. It is equipped with emergency telephone, display of CCTV cameras, fire/smoke detection control panel, lifts control, fire doors control panel, PA System and wireless communication.
