Zahid Latif Khan is the founding chairman of Zahid Latif Khan Securities (Pvt) Ltd (ZLK Securities), a leading brokerage firm in Pakistan with a robust national and international presence for over three decades. He also serves as the Director of ISE Tower REIT Management Company Ltd and LSE Financial Services Ltd, as well as the Vice Chairman of the Pakistan Stock Brokers Association.

Educated in science and holding certifications in capital markets and management from UNITAR, ICMA, and PIM, Mr. Khan began his investment career in 1990 and established ZLK Securities in 1994. His expertise and forward-thinking approach have positioned him as a key influencer in Pakistan’s capital markets. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the unification of the Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad stock exchanges into the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

Beyond his business achievements, he is the Honorary Coordinator (Business Liaison) to the Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat and the Chairman of the Asian Institute of Eco-civilization Research and Development (AIERD). He is dedicated to fostering financial literacy, promoting financial inclusion, and bridging the gap between academia and the financial industry through partnerships with universities.

Mr. Khan has also served as President of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, strengthening Pakistan’s trade ties and diplomatic relations. Recently, he was appointed Director of the Hajira Hamza Foundation, reflecting his commitment to supporting thalassemia patients and other philanthropic causes.
